What a Mom will do!!

SO here we are sat morning all packed up and ready to head out to pincher creek for the weekend for the wedding reception of the wedding we attended in the dominican. We get just out of red deer and sure enough DJ trows up. Now he is one its not baby throw up anymore we got big boy ones. So as i tell devin to look away I pull over on the highway. We get out to descouver that we will have to go home to properly clean him up. David being the man he is offers devin the front till we get home I think in fear of him getting sick too lol Well we get home David take the seat out and cleans it while I bath dj putting us half hour behind but hey still lots of time. We decide to try again thinking it is probably his molars coming in causing this. I cut out the milk and we get there fine. The reception was great both my boys danced their heart out till 1130pm. then came the trip home. we just get into calgary with the exciting thought of pete's drive in mmmmmmm. and sure enough DJ throws up again!! So we find a macdonalds and clean him up there. atleast it wasnt as bad this time lol I give him some childrens gravol and we make it the rest of the way skipping pete's of course lol. The next couple days a right off with a sick baby only on pedealite and crackers. I sit thinking all the times I have been threw teething and flus with Devin and now starting with DJ and trully it is amazing what a mother will do for her children! And David being a first time dad really stepped up to the plate!
